Q: When can I expect to receive my order/Do you provide tracking?
A: WD Automotive does our best to ship all orders out the same day we receive it, if that isn't possible it ships next business day. On most orders, tracking numbers are provided directly to you via email as soon as your order ships.
Q: What shipping options do you offer?
A: Our goal is to provide the most competitive shipping at the best rates. With that in mind, we have partnered with UPS for most of our parcels, though some smaller items ship out USPS. Our system will present you with the best options when you place your order.
Q: What country are your products made in?
A: WD Automotive proudly designs, manufactures, and packages our products in the USA. Supporting Americans with jobs and giving our customers the quality that can only come from passionate American workers is of the utmost importance to us!
Q: Does WD Automotive ship out of the United States?

Q: I am having a problem getting my WD Automotive product (including GraBars) installed. Is this normal and can I get help?
A: WD Automotive products - such as GraBars - have been installed in tens of thousands of Jeeps with no problems at all. However, not all Jeeps are the same and we know it! If you require assistance, please reach out to our customer support team and we will assist you any way we can:
